  Very disappointed. I bought some gloves and bath bombs for my wife and also a necklace/earrings combination - to which I was steered by the owner. They were a little different to the kind of jewellery I normally buy her - but I thought I'd take a chance.
  
  Sadly my wife didn't like the necklace/earrings - so we went back to exchange them for something else (she loved the gloves). However, the owner said it was policy not to take back earrings - even if they hadn't been worn (or, as in this case, not having been taken out of the box). If I'd been told they were unexchangeable I would not have bought them.
  
  So we won't be going back to Aria - despite being firm believers in supporting local small businesses. Not recommended at all, I'm afraid to say. I think we could have been good customers, too.
  
  Compare this response to that of the nearby Silk and Sand where the owner could not have been more helpful in exchanging some lingerie.
